Stopped heating up

I have had my iron about 5 months. To long to return it to the store but not long enough for it to stop heating up. Where do I send it for it to be repair. I need the company address and will there be a charge and how much. Many thanks.

I love my flat iron but some how it went out.I tried to take it back to the place where I bought it at but they said I will have to return it back the ion place.Please
